Women in Leadership

For most women, that old glass ceiling still exists. This two day Women in Leadership program is designed to help to break it down, by giving the women who attend, confidence as well as skills.

And the skills include leadership skills as well as networking skills, both of which can be used at any time in a woman's career.

The program includes these elements

• understanding your potential leadership strengths
• the link between leadership and management
• handling committees and meetings
• networking
• managing upwards
• mentors and coaching
• problem solving and decision making
