Time Management
Do you want to be able to more effectively plan, prioritise and use time more effectively?
Some people would define time as the number of hours in the day. Others would say that it is the space that we have to do what we want to do.
However we define time, we need to understand that time management is about getting results. It is not about how busy we are, or about being busy every minute of the day. It is about what we DO in the time that we have.
If time management is about getting results, then we need to focus on the things that will bring results. Part of the answer will be in the elimination of unimportant things that eat up our time but don't contribute much to the bottom line.
The old Chinese proverb sums it up very well:
"Besides the noble art of getting things done, there is the noble art of leaving things undone. The wisdom of life consists in the elimination of non-essentials." -

- Simply excellent. I think even the most organised of us can get something practical from this course. And I don't believe that "giving up" a day is too much to expect from people and the benefits of spending an entire day thinking about how we work far outweigh any losses. I have implemented whole bunch of strategies already, with more in the works for the beginning of the new year. Can we get the presenter to do all our training? She's bloody marvelous!
- I commend the presenter- she is a great instructor/teacher & professional. Many thanks!
- Amazing presenter!
- Excellent. I knew I needed to find solutions to problems I was having in managing my work time. I now have a raft of options.
