People at all levels in organizations periodically need presentation skills. Putting together presentations and delivering them effectively are essential in all workplaces today. To be able to present information at meetings of colleagues, managers or staff, or to people outside the organization, is often an integral part of the job. For managers, presentation skills are now regarded as a core competency. But few people are trained to be competent presenters, which is why so many people fear it. A training program not only gives people skills, but also helps to instil that magic ingredient - confidence.
