Managing People

Evidence is steadily accumulating which demonstrates that collaboration rather than confrontation is the management style that is succeeding in this century. But how do you do it? JMA offers consultancy services in managing people for organisation-wide improvement. This often involves some training for managers.

JMA's Managing People training programs are very practical and interactive, and competency based. Managers have the opportunity to practise step by step methods of giving and getting feedback, talking to staff about performance (good and not so good), how to coach and counsel staff, how to help them through change, and how to build a strong team.

Aims of the workshop include:
