Neuro Linguistic Programming - NLP (Influential Communication with NLP)

Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)

NLP is a model of behaviour, which examines the thought processes involved when humans take action both verbally and non-verbally. It has three main parts, which are reflected in the name Neuro Linguistic Programming.

1. Neuro - Referring to the way humans use their senses to translate experience into conscious and unconscious thoughts. Specifically, how the mind and body interact. This translation also encompasses physiological processes such as eye-movements or changes in breathing.

2. Linguistic - Referring to how language is used to interpret and communicate a person's experience.

3. Programming - Referring to the series of steps people employ when creating their results, or the "coding" of behaviour.
