JMA also offers individual training/one-on-one training. This training is available in all of the areas in which we run in-house training. The training is at an hourly rate. The number of sessions and the content are totally flexible depending on what you want.

The Consulting Team:
Eleanor Shakiba: Eleanor is a top notch facilitator and trainer. Some of the areas that she specialises in include leadership and management development, team development, communication skills and conflict resolution (her secret favourite). She also runs workshops in applications of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), and does one to one personal mastery coaching.
Hedley Galt: Hedley Galt is committed to creating an inspiring and supportive learning environment that stimulates growth and development and produces measurable results. Her question-based facilitation style ensures that her sessions are highly interactive and inclusive. With a background in sports management, media and entertainment, Hedley has been in a number of frontline management and client servicing roles. She has managed a successful modelling agency where she was responsible for the development and management of models and actors, helping them to improve their communication and presentation skills through workshops and coaching programs
Sarah is the Business Development Manager. There are several strands to her job. She does the marketing for JMA. She is also involved in creating & designing training programs. Sarah has been with JMA Training & Development for the last 6 years. Prior to that, she worked for KPMG also in the training area.
All three also act as consultants in Organisation Development, in the design, development and implementation of Performance Management Programs, and development of Human Resources Guidelines, Policies and Procedures, instructional design, coaching & counselling managers and staff, assisting with staff recruitment and organisational restructuring.

Jo McLachlan, the founder of JMA Training & Development passed away on April 24, 2008. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. She was an inspiration and touched so many hearts in both her work life and personal life.
